What is the meaning behind The KINN name?
We’re founded on the same pioneering spirit as Abbot Kinney, the conservationist and visionary behind Venice, CA. Taking back Kinney’s original idea of creating a place dedicated to health, higher learning, and creativity. We also believe the kinship in our community is what sets us apart.
What exactly is a conscious entrepreneur?
A person who prioritizes self-awareness, inner growth and who positively contributes to the world around them. We define an entrepreneur as anyone who is proactively working on changing the status quo.
What is the ultimate aim of The KINN?
The ultimate aim of The KINN is to build a world where no entrepreneur has to build alone – where deep relationships help people find purpose, do the best work of their lives, and build businesses that leave the world better than they found it.
What is the Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse is our collaborative co-working space, located in the heart of Venice. It includes a private member lounge and tea bar, dedicated workspace, conference rooms, podcasting studio and a 2500 ft wellness studio.
How do I become a member?
To explore membership, please apply here. Once your form has been reviewed, you’ll be invited to schedule a call with a member of the team.
What does membership include?
As a KINN member, you’ll have access to a curated community, event programming and an intentional environment that will inspire action, co-creation and transformation.
All membership tiers include full access to professional and personal programming, yoga and wellness events, and discounts on courses. Access to the Clubhouse, visitor passes and bookings vary on the membership tier.

How do I schedule a tour?

What are the operating hours?
The KINN Clubhouse is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you’d like to stay later, you’re welcome to do so—just be sure to enter the building before 9:00 PM.
Where do events and programming take place?
KINN event programming will take place at the Clubhouse unless noted otherwise.
May I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs and cats, the clubhouse doesn’t allow pets on the property.
