What is Horizon Studio?
On the lower level of the Clubhouse is Horizon House, a versatile 2500 sf. area that boasts 13 ft. high ceilings, large windows, and multiple entrances.
Available for private dinners, retreats, art galleries, yoga classes, sound bath sessions and creative activities. From photo and video shoots to film and catalog staging, music videos, product launches, live stream shoots and more.
With 2 rooms and flexible divider walls, there’s plenty of opportunity to tailor the layout to your specific needs and create the perfect environment for your event vision.

What is the Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse is our collaborative co-working space, located in the heart of Venice. It includes a private member lounge and tea bar, dedicated workspace, conference rooms, podcasting studio and a 2500 ft wellness studio.
How do I become a member?
To explore membership, please apply here. Once your form has been reviewed, you’ll be invited to schedule a call with a member of the team.
What does membership include?
As a KINN member, you’ll have access to a curated community, event programming and an intentional environment that will inspire action, co-creation and transformation.
All membership tiers include full access to professional and personal programming, yoga and wellness events, and discounts on courses. Access to the Clubhouse, visitor passes and bookings vary on the membership tier.

KINN event programming will take place at the Clubhouse unless noted otherwise.
May I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs and cats, the clubhouse doesn’t allow pets on the property.

What is the accelerator program?
KINN accelerators are cohort programs, of varying length, for like-minded entrepreneurs who are looking for personal and professional growth.
What is the application process like?
For new members, submit a request to apply here. If we see that you could be a good fit, we’ll schedule a video call and then invite you to apply for an upcoming cohort. Once we receive your accelerator application, we’ll determine your eligibility or place you on the waitlist for a cohort that is a better fit.
For current KINN members, there is an Accelerator application within the Member Portal.
Do I need to have an active KINN membership to participate?
You do not need to be a KINN member to apply.
Do I need to own a business to become a member?
What type of people can I expect to be part of a cohort?
Consciously minded entrepreneurs, investors, creators and company leaders living in Los Angeles looking to make a difference in their personal and professional projects.
Most members either work in wellness, tech, entertainment or impact industries.
How many people are in each cohort?

An 8-week cohort is $4800, which includes:

What is the Community Showcase?
The accelerator culminates in a final Community Showcase where you will present your business and share what you’ve accomplished the past two months to the KINN Community and guests.
How often do new cohorts begin?
We do between four accelerators per year.
